Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand-new stainless steel appliances, such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, along with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, and more! ✦ VERIFICATION: Due to increased fraud, we require verification to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Your information will only be used for screening purposes. Prior to check-in, you will be required to provide a valid government ID that matches your profile. ✦ EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT: We are strict on our check-in and check-out times, as it takes a long time to clean and get the property ready for the next guest. We allow for 1 hour flexibility. If you require this service, please contact us no later than 24 hours before arrival or departure, as this is not always possible. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note that there is no one living on site 24/7. ✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $500 damage deposit at our discretion before a booking is confirmed and check-in instructions are shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation, assuming no damage to the property. ✦ Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis. If, for whatever reason, the reservation is confirmed through the system, the reservation may be cancelled.
